Smoked fish SLICER TRSA40
SIMPLICITY and EFFICIENCY the TRSA40 slicer was developed to meet the needs of artisan businesses. The slicer is ideal for these small businesses as they are attached to the quality of "freshly hand sliced" fish while at the same time increasing rates from 8 kg/h produced by a qualified slicer operator to 50 kg/h with the TRSA40.
Fully automatic, it features the most recent technology in automatic machines with touch screen and brushless motors. The slicer is precise and flexible with a high level of performance when in use and running. Easily transported, the TRSA40 only requires a basic electrical supply to function.
It was designed to be easy to clean and low maintenance.
